Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for a Senior/Principal CTRM & Support Consultant based in United Kingdom to implement our software for our clients and provide on-going support to them on using our platform. This role will be of hybrid nature consisting of remote work and on-site in our clients' offices all over the world. The suitable candidate must be comfortable with business travel.

Responsibilities

Implementation

  • . Configure and implement CoreTRM successfully for clients
  • . Understand and document client requirements
  • . Identify any gaps and determine appropriate solutions
  • . Extend the core product using the data model and the scripting extensions
  • . Design and configure interfaces to other applications
  • . Facilitate and ensure user acceptance
  • . Carry out training for end-users
  • . Raise change requests for platform enhancements
  • . Liaise with CoreTRM product developers to design and test enhancements
  • . Follow CoreTRM standards, procedures and policies
  • . Provide ongoing support to clients when required
  • . Travel to or based at client sites, including overseas (subject to COVID restrictions), when required
  • . Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
  • . Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients, projects and consultants

Support

  • . Provide ongoing support to clients on using our platform
  • . Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via email, IM and phone to existing clients
  • . Log all support issues in the company issue tracking system
  • . Monitor outstanding issues and ensure they are dealt with within the Service Level Agreement
  • . Perform ongoing configuration of support issues
  • . Work with new clients to ensure smooth transition from implementation to support
  • . Resolve or explain issues to client satisfaction
  • . Escalate issues to the development team when appropriate
  • . Raise change requests for platform enhancements
  • . Liaise with CoreTRM product developers on changes and enhancements
  • . Provide cover for other support analysts in other geographical locations when needed
