To setup a new location go to Reference Data and then to the Location tab.

Setup New Location

To set up a new location:

1. Click on to create a new line.

2. In Location Name, enter the name of the location.

3. In Location Type, select the applicable Location Type.

List of Location types are Bunker, Country/Territory, Plant, Port/Terminal and Region.

4. In Country/Territory, select applicable country/territory associated with the location.

Location setup with location type country/territory will appear in this dropdown list.

5. In Active?, tick the box to set the location active.

6. In Location Description, enter the applicable description of the location.

7. Click to confirm creation.

8. To edit location details after creation, Click to edit.
