To add a World Scale Flat Rate go to Reference Data and then to the Shipping tab.

World Scale Flat Rate can be maintained in the system. This Flat rate will be used in vessel deal for freight fee caculations.

Setting up World Scale Flat Rate

To add a WS Flat Rate:

1. Click on to create a new line.
2. In Route Id, enter a unique id for the World Scale Route.
3. In Route Description, enter the description of the World Scale Route. This description will be displayed in vessel deal entry for selection.
4. In Effective Date, select the effective date of the flat rate.
5. In Flat Rate, enter the flat rate for the World Scale Route.
6. Click to confirm creation.
7. To edit World Scale Flat rate details after creation, Click to edit.

Setting up Vessel Consumption

To add Vessel Consumption:

1. Select a vessel from the Vessels list. The list of Vessels is retrieved from container setup with container type vessel.
2. From Vessel Consumption view, Click on to create a new line.
3. In Consumption Type, select the applicable consumption type. *Contact CoreTRM support if you wish to add more Consumption Type.*
4. In HS, enter the High Sulphur consumption amount (in MT) for this consumption type.
5. In LS, enter the Low Sulphur consumption amount (in MT) for this consumption type.
6. In MGO, enter the MGO consumption amount (in MT) for this consumption type.
7. Click to confirm creation.
8. To edit vessel consumption details after creation, Click to edit.

Setting up Vessel Speed Consumption

To add Vessel Speed Consumption:

1. Select a vessel from the Vessels list.
2. From Vessel Speed Consumption view, Click on to create a new line.
3. In Speed (abt.Beaufort 4), select the applicable vessel speed. *Contact CoreTRM support if you wish to add more Speed.*
4. In Laden MT/D, enter the consumption amount (in MT) per day for laden state.
5. In Laden Remarks, enter applicable remarks for the speed consumption for laden state.
6. In Ballast MT/D, enter the consumption amount (in MT) per day for ballast state.
7. In Ballast Remarks, enter applicable remarks for the speed consumption for ballast state .
8. Click to confirm creation.
9. To edit vessel speed consumption details after creation, Click to edit.
