Expand/Collapse in grouping report

We have made an improvement to our reports by adding a Expand/Collapse option. User can now use the expand/collaspe option to expand/collapse all grouping at once in a report.

We have added a new option which allow transactions in Physical Term contract to be created per MTM group. Currently, all transactions created in for a Physical Term contract are placed in the same MTM Group.
