Improvement of search and filter function

A new search and filter function has been added to the plaform. The new search is accessible by clicking on the column header of any table panel. Based on the data type of the column, the new search will display the available search functions.

A new reset button is now added at the end of the filters in all the table. The reset button allow the user to reset all the filters back to default values.

Tenant are now able to activate different device login email as part of security enhancement. When this function is turn on and a user uses a new device id to login, the platform will send an email to the user about this login.
